The ST-2200 family of on-line sensors features our patented, "frequency-sweeping technique" with the latest phase lock loop digital technology. The sensing circuit locks onto the resonant frequency, which varies according to moisture content of the product. This produces enhanced resolution and unsurpassed stability – reliable and accurate real-time moisture measurements – that can be used to improve the process.
With an installed base of more than 1500 on-line instruments worldwide, Sensortech Systems is the number one manufacturer of on-line RF moisture sensors. Sensors have been successfully installed in a wide range of industries to include: gypsum wallboard, wood panels, food, grain, tobacco, textiles, aggregates, and pulp.
